Bitte füllen Sie dieses Formular aus, wenn Sie Vervielfältigungen (Fotokopien, hochaufgelöste Scans) von Material aus den LBI-Sammlungen wünschen oder wenn Sie Erlaubnis zur Nutzung unseres Materials im Rahmen einer Veröffentlichung benötigen. Sollten zur Erfüllung Ihrer Anfrage zusätzliche Kosten anfallen, wie z.B. für Kopien oder für gewerbliche Nutzungsrechte, wird ein Mitarbeiter Sie kontaktieren, um eventuelle Fragen zu klären und Ihnen die Gebühren in Rechnung zu stellen.

Wenn Sie innerhalb einer Woche keine Antwort von uns erhalten, überprüfen Sie bitte Ihren Spam- oder Junk-E-Mail-Ordner.

Bitte machen Sie möglichst genaue Angaben zu Ihrer Suche (Seitennummer, Serie, Nummer des Archivkartons bzw. des Ordners) einschließlich Angaben zum Format (Fotokopien, Scans, hochaufgelöste Fotografien, Mikrofilmduplikate, CD-ROM etc.) (1000 Zeichen max.)

Bitte schließen Sie Informationen ein wie Titel, Verlag, Auflage, Ort und Dauer einer Ausstellung etc. (1000 Zeichen max.)

Usage of Our Materials in Publications

If you intend to use the requested LBI materials for a publication, we would usually ask you to provide LBI with a copy of a book or an article for the LBI Library Collection.

Die meisten Anfragen werden innerhalb von 10 Tagen bedient. Zu einem Aufpreis bieten wir einen beschleunigten Service.

Bitte geben Sie das Datum an, bis zu dem Sie das Material erhalten möchten. Je nach Art und Umfang der Bestellung können zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen. Nicht in jedem Fall können wir den Wunsch eines beschleunigten Services erfüllen.

By submitting this request, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to the following stipulations:

I understand and agree that in providing reproductions Leo Baeck Institute retains its right to publish the materials identified above or to grant permission to others to do so, and that I am responsible for publishing or for using in facsimile reproduction these materials in accordance with the copyright protections established in the United States Copyright Law. I also agree not to alter the image in any way when publishing or displaying the reproduction.

I understand and agree that no authorization issued in response to this inquiry grants license to make any of the materials identified above part of any other institution or organization’s archives, photographic collections or special collection.

Nor does any authorization granted by the Leo Baeck Institute remove the author’s and publisher’s responsibility to guard against the infringement of rights that may be held by others.

I agree to use the following credit line when I publish or use in facsimile reproduction the material(s) listed above:
