Noel Kogler was born in Oxford, UK. After he graduated from high school in 2024, he moved to New York City where he is now, together with his colleague Pia Maurer, responsible for the Austrian Heritage Collection, a project initiated by the Austrian GEDENKDIENST organization, focused on documentation and preservation of stories of Austrian Jewish Holocaust survivors and their families.
