Armin Lackenbach Robinson founded the Musikverlag und Bühnenvertrieb AG in Zürich in 1934. In 1937, he left the company and immigrated to either France or Great Britain.
Before the Machtergreifung, Lackenbach Robinson had been active in music publishing in Germany.
