rbb, Berlin-Brandenburg’s public broadcasting studio
"EXIL," the German version of LBI's successful podcast "EXILE", was launched on Dec. 7, 2023 at the Federal Press Conference in Berlin. It received nationwide coverage, among others a TV feature.
This short German documentary, starting at 30:25 minutes focuses on the launch of the podcast, its German narrator Iris Berben, the protagonist of its first episode, Florence Mendheim, and, of course, LBI’s archives in New York. It was first aired on rbb, Berlin-Brandenburg’s public broadcasting studio and will remain available until Dec 2025 as part of the ARD consortium’s media library.
